“I was standing at the breakwater when the storm was coming (I got a call from my father that the storm was coming to the beach) and I saw that everyone took the picture of the girl who was standing to feel the waves and the wind. I decided to move back and photograph that whole atmosphere. I also decided to use the flashlight to make more theatrical light. After this, I started using flashlight more often, creating an atmosphere like you find in a theater. And from this time on, I started developing the project Theater of Life.”
